Sports season
Сезон бейсбола Высшей лиги 1950 года начался 18 апреля и закончился 7 октября 1950 года, когда « Нью-Йорк Янкиз» из Американской лиги выиграли Мировую серию над « Филадельфией Филлис» из Национальной лиги в четырех играх.
Единственный не нападающий в сезоне был разбит Верном Бикфордом 9 августа в победном матче « Бостон Брейвз» со счетом 7–0 над « Бруклин Доджерс» . [1] [2] В этом сезоне видел первое использование в КПЗ автомобиля , на Кливленд . [3]
