When this bot was editing an alarming proportion of its edits were harmful. Not only were the problems pointed out, but the account was blocked because of them, and it was then unblocked on the basis of assurances from the bot operator. Nevertheless, exactly the same problems were still occurring MANY YEARS after the block was lifted. It is true that the bot has now not edited for almost a year, and the bot operator has edited never for many months and rarely for many years, so that a block may be irrelevant, but if so then a block cannot possibly do any harm, and if the editor ever does return to editing it may do some good, so I have indefinitely blocked the bot account from editing. If the editor does return to editing and is willing to undertake that the same problems will not recur, AND THIS TIME TO STICK TO THAT UNDERTAKING, then an unblock request may be made.
