Spain entered the Eurovision Song Contest 1997, held in Dublin, Ireland. Televisión Española (TVE) internally selected Marcos Llunas to represent Spain with the song "Sin rencor" (Without grudge).
At Eurovision[edit]
Llunas performed tenth in the running order, following Italy and preceding Germany. He received 96 points for his performance, coming 6th.[1]
