I think it would be nice if a gun expert could come up with a diagram of a pistol pointing out it's different parts. Or at least add an external link to where we could find one. ARBlackwood OK, here you go. All firearms have three parts; lock , stock, and barrel.

There is only a small footnote on semi-automatic handguns in it's own section! Automatics and machinepistoles should get their own.

The caplocks section has nothing to do with handguns and seems like a copy-paste job from the Percussion Cap article. I unfortunately don't know much about old guns, but it would be nice if someone who does would make that section a bit more relevant. Metz77 (talk) 04:18, 15 February 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
