Taste of Excitement is a 1970 British mystery film directed by Don Sharp and starring Eva Renzi, David Buck, and Peter Vaughan.[1][2]
Its U.S. title was Why Would Anyone Want to Kill a Nice Girl Like You?

Production[edit]
It was based on a 1965 novel by Brian Healey called Waiting for a Tiger. The New York Times said "the action is incessant and well varied."[3] It was the first in a series of novels by Healey about Paul Hedley.
The film was a co production between Group W and Trio Films, for whom Don Sharp had previously made The Violent Enemy.
Reception[edit]
The Monthly Film Bulletin called it "a standard mystery adventure."[4]
