Перенаправления для обсуждения ( RfD ) - это место, где обсуждаются потенциально проблемные перенаправления . Элементы обычно остаются в списке в течение недели или около того, после чего они удаляются, сохраняются или перенаправляются.

Если вы хотите заменить незащищенный редирект статьей, указывать ее здесь не нужно. Полностью приветствуется преобразование перенаправлений в статьи. Смелее !
Если вы хотите переместить страницу, но вам мешает переадресация, не указывайте ее здесь. По не спорным случаям размещайте технический запрос ; если требуется обсуждение, начните запрошенный ход .
Если вы думаете, что перенаправление указывает на неправильную целевую статью, это хорошее место для обсуждения того, что должно быть правильной целью.

The reason these 3 #Rs exist is not against WP:NOTDIR - they are but 3 exceptions to the "<ID> (identifier)" Module:Authority control #R convention, whose #Rs were created by Matthiaspaul & myself. ~ Tom.Reding (talk ⋅dgaf)
The general purpose of these "(identifier) redirects" instead of direct links is to reduce the clutter at "What links here" and improve reverse lookup capabilities. They are used by citation templates, authority control templates, catalog lookup link templates, infoboxes and various other templates, and they should point to the corresponding Wikipedia page explaining the identifier. They should only be used in conjunction with identifiers, not for "normal" links to the target page.

Until recently, all these redirects actually resolved to Wikipedia pages, and this should definitely remain the default in order to not undermine the idea. In rare cases, where an identifier redirect needs to be created although we don't yet have a good target page in Wikipedia, I think, we can extend the idea and let it temporarily point to the corresponding Wikidata entry, but this should remain the exception.

"WDQ (identifier)" should be changed back to point to our Wikipedia article on Wikidata.

Retarget These should never have been made into Wikidata interwiki links to begin with. I rectified two of them with: 1007122341 and 1007123617. I am not sure where to target FNZA (identifier) as Find New Zealand Artists [Wikidata] is a joint project of Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki and Christchurch Art Gallery. I suppose we could leave it redlinked but I have not seen redirects to a missing article much. As always, someone could stub out the article to rectify the redlink. Comment How about we get Module:Authority control to refer directly to Find New Zealand Artists? This creates the correct red links and for now we can delete FNZA (identifier). We really only use the "(identifier)" redirects to avoid Special:WhatLinksHere noise but that does not seem much applicable for a page that does not exist. Things can be updated to move back to FNZA (identifier) once Find New Zealand Artists exists. The other option would be a partial revert of 1006930837 so that the module refers to an interwiki link to Wikidata. Comment - To clarify, I support the deletion of FNZA (identifier). If it is kept ({{soft redirect}} is not used in the mainspace), it will trigger the creation of a a new specialized soft redirect template for redirects to wikidata. I have concerns that the existence of such a template will lead to the idea that such redirects are acceptable sometimes, e.g. against certain notions. @Godsy: To be honest, we might just consider having a catch-all sister project soft redirect template for {{Wikispecies redirect}} and Wikidata. We only have one Wikispecies soft redirect, and the template isn't the most popular (see also: here and here). Delete. Rod has no real technical meaning in geometry. The old stub claimed that "In geometry, a rod is a three-dimensional, solid (filled) cylinder", but it gave no sources, and it's not a standard definition or even a noteworthy uncommon definition. If "rod" were to get a mention in Cylinder, it would at most be an informal example of familiar cylinder-like objects, like the way a tin can is used as an example there currently—but that's no reason for a "Tin can (geometry)" either. Starting this RFD per a suggestion received at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Redirect#Sayuki redirect. Basically Sayuki was redirected to Fiona Graham back in 2011 as part of a page move. "Sayuki" is Graham's professional geisha name and apparently someone tried to create a separate article about Graham as "Sayuki" instead of incorporating such content into the BLP about Graham. The "Sayuki" article content was eventually merged into the Graham article and the redirect was created as part of the post merge cleanup. The problem is (in my opinion) is that "Sayuki" is a relatively common Japanese female given name and it seems a bit odd for it to automatically redirect to the BLP of a single person. In seems much better to for the newly created redirect Sayuki (geisha) to be for Graham article and for "Sayuki" to instead be converted into a dab page/article like is done for some other Japanese female given names (e.g. Mika, Mayumi (name), Akiko (given name)). This redirect needs discussion. There is not now and never was an "oil rig" named Deimos. SpaceX did purchase out of bankruptcy an old oil drilling rig, and that marine vessel is in port for total refit above the water level. The oil drilling equipment is being cut off and scrapped, and can't "drill rig" no more. SpaceX named the ship formerly named Valaris 8500 to Deimos. There is a properly named redirect for this article: Deimos (launch platform). I'm seriously unsure if the Deimos (oil rig) redirect is an invalid redirect, and should perhaps be deleted, or if it should stay (for a while?) even though no drilling rig is or ever was named Deimos, which might give the Wikipedia reader a wrong impression about reality. Honestly interested to see what others believe about this:

A KCA ceremony was not held in this specific year. For years people had thought there was, but in more recent years there has been plenty of research done, finding out it did not happen. In fact, I have the full '92 and '94 shows in my possession, the intros of each have the announcer say they are the sixth and seventh annual respectively (as can be seen on their articles).

Looking back at a previous version of the article, plenty of the information is actually for the 1992 ceremony, including:

The date of November 14, 1993 - 1992 ceremony was actually on November 14, 1992 - the promo sourced in that old version of the article is actually for 1992
Hosts Brian Austin Green, Holly Robinson, and Tori Spelling actually hosted the 1992 show
The celebrity sliming at the bottom of the article is actually for 1992
The 2005 KCA press site itself is actually incorrect- most (if not, all) the times the year 1993 is mentioned is actually the 1994 show

After it was figured out that a ceremony didn't occur that year, it was simply redirected to Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. However, I'd actually think the redirect should be deleted altogether (and possibly protected from being recreated), as now it makes no sense to even have a redirect for a non-existent ceremony. Actually it sounds like we should have some encyclopaedic content about this - even if it's just a sourced sentence saying that there wasn't one. Rethinking this, I was too concerned with trying to find usage of the term. Comment I don't think the redirect should point to Andrew Cuomo if something to this effect isn't mentioned in the article per Wikipedia:R#Astonish. Readers should never be left scratching their heads why they're on an article when they search for a term they've heard but don't why it's used. If we're not going to cover something then we don't cover it rather than pretending we do. It would be better to redirect this to something like We are the 99% so readers can at least gain some understanding of why the term might be used. Yes this will mean they won't know who the nickname is for (assuming they don't already) whereas a redirect to Andrew Cuomo would let them guess it's a nick name for Andrew Cuomo but this seems much more minor than the risk of confusion for those who don't understand the context. Attorneygate doesn't seem comparable since although true this does require people to be aware of the usage of -gate suffix to understand (as it isn't mentioned there), it seems far less likely someone will search for the term trying to understand where the -gate comes from than someone will search for the nick name trying to understand it. Importantly it's entirely plausible that someone looking for the article will search for that name since it's a simple short name they know the scandal by. By comparison, it seems fairly unlikely someone would think of Governor 1% as the term to find the article on Andrew Cuomo except for fun. I don't know if it is notable, but there's a fair number of results on a web search for "join calculus language", which suggest the topic is at least noteworthy. Restore article (at nude) without prejudice and retarget the naked redirect there. These are absolutely plausible search terms, getting 508 (naked) and 360 (nude) views last year. There was an effectively unsourced (the only reference is to Urban Dictionary) stub at Embarrassed nude female that was redirected by Ironholds without discussion. There is also an unsourced draft at User:ENF - Embarrassed Nude Female/sandbox. I'd be frankly astonished if there wasn't sources available to improve these, but finding them is going to require filtering out the massive number of porn and erotic story hits (the latter are also common on a books search) (which gives another indication of the plausibility of the search terms). I'll leave a note about this discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Pornography as I guess people there will have more knowledge of how to find useful sources. Looking at the page history, "AIM" is an abbreviation of "AOL Instant Messenger". Comment: AIM_(software)#Chat_robots may be a better target than Chatbot. I also don't oppose deletion though - I agree that the capitalization is unlikely for aimbot, but I'm not sure that people used this spelling (capitalized Bot, no space between AIM and Bot) all that much for AIM chat bots either. I disagree, I don't think this has anything to do with this being "the English Wikipedia" and everything to do with where readers are located. To Americans/Canadians it may be that "AB2" unambiguously refers to "Alberta highway 2", but as a reader from the UK I wouldn't expect to end up there, for me the primary topic would probably be the UK post code. This name isn't mentioned in the target article and even a google search for AB 2 alberta or AB2 alberta turns up a complete mess of results covering everything from insurance forms to baseball teams to the highway. I agree with the anon. I'm also from the UK and to me AB2 is far more likely to be related to Aberdeen than Alberta. To someone with knowledge of Cuneiform it is highly plausible that the signs will be what they are thinking of, similarly to someone who deals with stellar classification. When I search for AB 2 on google, my results on the first two pages were: "Basic overwinter stubble" (an arable landuse classifcation), a nickel-aluminium bronze (6 hits), AB2 Bio a Swiss drug company (3 hits), the postcode (2 hits), Angry Birds 2 (4 hits), an amplifier (related to nanotechnology somehow I think), an antibody, a bank share ticker and lots of algebra. Adding Alberta to the search term the first occurrence of the highway is the last entry of the first page of results - there is no evidence it is the primary topic.
